About Our Team Synergy Exercise 

The team exercise scenario is a dramatic one.  Yes we even supply mosquito repellant!  Time is running out and night fall is setting in, you hear the buzz of mosquitoes and it is getting cold, so what will your team decide to do with their survival gear?  Who has the rum to cool the nerves as you are all stranded together in the most hostile of places, the Amazon jungle?  

Teams receive their survival pack of items but need to make a group decision as to how they are going to survive the night and this brings focus on what items to prioritise.   

The ranking of the items is critically important as their decision making and listening skills come into play in a big way. 

This is a powerful and insightful teamwork activity of strategy & decision making where our facilitator will work with the team and guide them through this enthralling and fun exercise revealing your teams results, their process of building consensus and whether synergy of teamwork had been achieved.  

The team who creates the best survival plan wins the game. Will your team have the sharpest listening and influencing skills as they all need to get out together?

There are fabulous take-aways in this fun to do activity that has superb applications to work.  Highly commended no matter whether your group are analysts, scientists, front field troops this exercise has universal application.
